Bramhall gained early experience touring with The Fabulous Thunderbirds when he was 18. He later co-founded the blues rock band Arc Angels and released his first solo album in 1996. He has since released several more albums and collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Eric Clapton, Elton John, and Roger Waters.
Bramhall is also a producer and has worked with Sheryl Crow and Eric Clapton. He has opened for Clapton on tour and performed at his Crossroads Guitar Festival.
